“The work we have been doing together is one of the most impactful milestones of my adult life, and I would not say this if it wasn't true. It is hard not to sound over-emphatic when trying to put into words something of this magnitude, so I hope you know that everything I say reflects what I feel, and it's not meant to be taken as a figure of speech. I can truly draw a distinct line, a "before" and an "after", of the way I perceive myself and the world, and therefore how I act, interpret, respond in and to both myself and the world. After coaching with you, all of these things have transformed in the most radical way so far. All other transformations that continue to be happening could not have been possible, I believe, without the foundations we laid together, and so often it happens to me that I have a small (or big) realisation, which brings me a little bit further, and I link it back to something that had emerged with you, and that is only in that moment coming to fruition.”

"Rachel feels like an undercover soul journeyer. She can very easily speak the languages of the professional world and academia while fully valuing the language of all things sacred and mysterious as well. In our coaching work together, I was often surprised by how our time together felt so organic, as if we were just chatting, yet my life began to blossom in very specific, concrete ways. Without having to build a bunch of to-do lists, I began to accomplish my goals with a sense of spaciousness and creativity. I was also keenly aware that part of what made this a spacious process was that Rachel regularly checked in about what I needed, what pace felt good to me, and then tailored her approach based on our check-ins. I felt witnessed and supported. I also really appreciate Rachel’s ongoing commitment to her own growth. This gave me the sense like we were growing together, and my voice mattered just as much as hers did. Our sessions felt empowering…and also so fun!

“From the moment Rachel and I met online, there was an immediate connection. She was calm, welcoming and created a safe space in her coaching sessions. Her sessions were always insightful as she tuned in to the person in front of her in each moment as it unfolded. Rachel was very intuitive and somehow said exactly what I needed to hear at the time I needed to hear it! She was always fully present. I have no doubt that she will impact the lives of many.”

Give yourself permission to dream about the future

Transformational Coaching

Right now, what’s in the way?

Are you feeling any of the following: a lack of confidence, time or motivation; a strong resistance to change; fear of being judged or not being good enough; a nagging frustration at the ways you consistently sabotage yourself?

And are you also worried what might happen if you succeeded in making the changes you so crave?

Coaching is about us jointly making a commitment to your transformation.

You commit to identifying the things that hold you back and taking steps to change them.

I commit to supporting you wholeheartedly in that process: to giving you space to reflect and explore, to encouraging you and seeing the best of you.

Together, we look at what could be true for your future: the vision and possibility for what you want and what you stand for.

You might be curious about coaching because you want to be more consistently inspired: to be freer or more creative in your expression (whatever this means for you—you don’t need to identify as ‘an artist’ to feel the need to express!). You might be seeking more fulfilment in your work (or looking to change your field of work) or sense that while things are ‘okay’, they could be so much better. It might be that you yearn for more integration or balance in your life.

When we make a commitment—together, through coaching—to transformation, magical things can happen.

You might find yourself setting firmer boundaries and engaging in more effective communication with others. You might experience more creative expansiveness, abundance, flow and ease. It’s possible, too, that you’ll feel increased clarity of purpose and a connection to something bigger than you, beyond the everyday—a sense of your wider place in this mysterious, interconnected universe.

In practical terms, our process will usually begin with a short call (video or audio are both possible) so we can get to know each other. If the connection feels right, I’ll offer you a powerful, in-depth coaching session at no cost.

Every coaching package I create is bespoke and specially tailored to your needs. I commit to serving you, seeing you as you are and creating a container for you to experience exponential and sustainable change.

Words of appreciation

“Rachel coaches with an intuitive presence that is, in a word, magical. No matter the subject, Rachel gives you space to dive into exploration and then supports your integration within a safe container. Leaving a session with her, I always feel seen, heard and ready to experiment with all the insights we discovered together. As a Coach myself, she is my absolute, top of list, go-to fellow Coach!”

Claire Takahashi. Life Coach and Morning Altars practitioner guide, USA

“I felt safe, held and fully supported by Rachel as I explored very vulnerable places. In one or two sessions we were able to gain some deep insights into the parts of myself that are in conflict with one another. She was very respectful and never pushed me further than I was willing to go. I feel more connected to all parts of my psyche now and much more at peace and integrated. I cant imagine someone that wouldn’t be helped by her insight, honesty and creative coaching.”

“Oh Rachel, I had so much fun with you yesterday. You are an absolute delight!  I love your personality and energy and sense of humor. I got so much out of being coached by you. It’s amazing how powerful kind, compassionate attention can be.”

— BH, USA

“Rachel is very warm, friendly and easy to talk to. She was able to provide gentle guidance without sticking too rigidly to a structure, which in turn gave me time and space to explore my thoughts. As a result, I have given myself permission to dream about the future.”

— EH. Jewellery designer, UK

“Rachel is a writer and coach – what a brilliant combination of skills. She brings creativity, compassion, thoughtfulness, and wisdom to her work. I was lucky to be coached by her and benefited from her fantastic ability to truly hear you and help you to find the way out of your labyrinth.”

Gyongyver Szabo. Talent coach and career transition guide, UK

“Working with Rachel, I’ve learned that creativity can start from the tiniest thing. Different aspects of truth can be pulled into a transformation of ideas into a story of aliveness, interest and acceptance. It's been liberating exploring writing using elements that are already within me—a spaciousness to allow new frameworks for creativity to emerge.

Rachel’s kindness, wisdom and vast, generous experience have been both encouraging and confidence building, offering structure and affirmation to what I’ve found intuitively.”

— Alison Pilling. Founder and director, Sex School for Grown Ups, UK and international

“Rachel has a wonderful calm presence, which makes you feel comfortable to talk to her. I thoroughly enjoyed our coaching sessions and felt that the calm and non-judgemental space that she holds made it easy for me to share deeper with her and connect. I felt that she listened and reflected back to me to create deeper understanding as well as ask very helpful questions. I definitely experienced personal growth and realisation in our sessions. She is also a beautiful writer with the ability to bring a clear message across in complex discussions. I can highly recommend her writing and coaching.”

How will we work together?

What happens during our sessions?

Having originated in the world of sport, ‘coaching’ has its roots in a more goal-oriented context of ‘achievement.’ In reality, there’s an exploration, enquiry and depth to the coaching process that is often less linear than ticking off a list of goals—and which can be transformational.

As a coach, I respect that you are the authority on your own life. I’ll help you make decisions and stick to them; I’ll provide gentle direction and encouragement as you identify and remove the roadblocks you might so you can live with more freedom and ease. Mostly, I’ll help you orientate towards possibility: what you might want to create and experience in your life.

I see our work together as co-creating a space for insight and meaning-making. Each coaching engagement has its own trajectory, its own story. It is a dynamic field in which there are no right answers. It is a container of trust for whatever powerful truths need to emerge. If you’re willing, I like to play in a creative zone that allows a loosening around the issues that you feel hold you back.

Of course, you’ll also want to make changes and embrace positive actions to improve your life—and that’s what I want for you too! I think of myself as a collaborator and guide on your journey of transformation, and an accountability partner who devises with you the practical steps you need to take.

In the same way that each individual is unique, so the coaching conversation differs every time—even with the same client. At the start of our work together, we’ll make agreements regarding safety and confidentiality. We’ll cover the broader perspectives on your issues and work out the parameters for our work together.

What happens in each session will depend on your needs. There’s no set schedule of things to cover. I’ll draw on my knowledge and practice of a range of things to support you (these things might include visualisations or embodiment exercises, as well as incisive questions) but you will always have the choice about the direction we take. While I’ll use my intuition to guide you and offer possibilities, the final decision about how we work always rests with you.
